The goal is the optimizatio of awesomeness. That doesn't mean you have to win a beauty contest beat world records unless those things are what you are about. What it means is finding the best exercise routine to meet your personal needs and lifestyle. Something that will optimize your chances of success, taking into account your personality and preferences. This group is for people who want to tell their stories. Were there programs that didn't work for you? Why or why not? Would did you do to improve it? Do you have data? Are you a physical science professional? Tell us all about it on your blog.
